PRICES: All prices are according to each program and number of the members. DEPOSIT: To guaranty the reservation of the expedition, the client have to deposit the minimum of 30% from the total cost of the expedition. FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment could make to the arrival to La Paz city and before to departure the expedition. PAYMENT FORMS: All the payments can be made in American Dollars, Euros and Bolivians. CANCELATIONS: For the cancellation of any reservation of expedition it must be 15 days before, having to pay a percentage of 30%. EXTENSIONS AND DELAYS: In case of extensions of any expeditions due to climatologically factors, illness of any member expedition, political intern problems and others factors that, are out of control to the ELMA tours enterprise, the agency doesn´t responsabilize to refund. If for any reason one of the expedition it will have an extra cost. ESPECIAL CASES: In case of illness or any accident of any member of the group during the expeditions, ELMA Tours will organize the rescue and the necessary help, nevertheless the cost will be paid bi the member’s insurance. CANCELLATIONS:For the cancellation of reservation of any expedition it should be carried out 1 day before, having to pay a percentage of 35% for damages.
